Philosophical Counseling

APPA-Certified Philosophical Counselor
You have built a life. Now you are asking deeper questions.
You may have achieved many of the things you once hoped for—a career, relationships, responsibilities, and success—yet still feel uncertain, restless, or disconnected from what matters most.
You may be facing a difficult decision, a major transition, problems in your relationships, or a growing sense that something important is missing.
Philosophical counseling offers a space for real conversation about the questions beneath these struggles: Who am I? What do I value? What kind of life do I want to create?
I listen deeply, ask challenging questions, and offer honest feedback without psychobabble or clinical jargon. Together, we clarify your values, examine the assumptions shaping your life, and develop practical ways of responding to the challenges you face.
I specialize in working with thoughtful people ages 30–60 who feel stuck, lost, or uncertain about their direction in life.
Begin a conversation about what matters most.
The initial 20-minute consultation on Zoom is free of charge. Subsequent 50-minute consultations are billed at my standard rate of $225 per session. I believe philosophical counseling should be available to all those who would benefit from it, and I reserve a limited number of reduced-fee appointments for individuals who have financial constraints.
